  Assalaamu alaikum
If any of the ikhwa or ahkawaat can direct me to any concise resources dealing with the differing viewpoints on where one should place his hands after raising from rukoo it would be greatly appreciated. Ive read Sh. Albanees article entitled "Mawd'i alyadayn ba'd arafi min alrukoo'" Where he elaborates on his footnote in SifatuSalaat and Ive also read the kalaam of Sh. Uthaimeen in his description of the prayer. I would like to discuss the issue in detail with some other brothers so the more books, articles, or downloads given the better. Ahsanallahu ilaikum wa salaam

أما بعد:

Akhi abu azeezah, two of the best discussions and resorces for this masala I?ve come across are:

Firstly; the book ?ziyaadah al-khushu bi wad al-yadayn fi al-qiyaam bada ar-ruku? by the alaamah abu Muhammad badee ad-deen ash-shaah as-sindi. It is 88 pages long printed in 1986 by daar al-khulfaa, al-kuwait.
He brings 6 detailed proofs to say it is the sunnah to place the hands on the chest after the ruku. This book also contains the treatise by ibn baaz titled ?ayna yada al-musalli yadayha bad ar-rafoo min ar-ruku.

Secondly; there is a section in Muhammad baazamool?s excellent book ?at-tarjeeh?? where he brings the other viewpoint. [this book should be purchased by every body as he discusses 15 fiqh issues on tahaarah and salaat and it teaches you on how final opinions are derived from the quraan and hadeeth according to the manhaj of the salaf]
Printed by daar al-hijra  2003. there is a smaller older paper back version which should be sought as well.

Ya akh Amr Basheer,

Do you know whether the book that you mentioned by Shaykh Muhammad Bazmool ?at-tarjeeh??, is available in English? If so where can one buy it?

BarakAllaahu feek.....Wassalamua'laikum
